I’ll be honest with you – most corporate wellness programs assume everyone has the same body, the same energy levels, and the same relationship with stress. As someone who’s navigated 20+ years of chronic migraine while building an international career, I know that’s not reality.
Having experienced major burnout in 2020 – complicated by chronic pain and the pressure to appear ‘normal’ at work – I understand what it’s like when workplace culture expects you to push through regardless of how you’re feeling. That’s why my corporate mindfulness programs start with a radical idea: what if we created workplaces that honor our humanity, including our physical limitations?
